How we can work together

Monthly Retainer
Perfect for vision-to-product design or ongoing foundational work where we need to move fast. You get an embedded design partner shaping the vision, defining requirements, and designing final flows in tight loops with your engineering team. Comparable to 0.5 FTE with some reasonable flexibility.

Weekly Sprint
Great for tightly scoped work—crafting a high-conversion website, building a pitch deck, preparing new visuals for social media, or dropping in to solve a specific product UI/UX challenge. We align on a straightforward quote upfront and dive straight into the work.

Hour by Hour
When needed I can jump in for smaller bits and pieces of work and charge by the hour. Not my preferred workflow, but it fits smaller chunks and more ad-hoc assignments when a quick design assist is all you need.
